Co-founded Unifex to solve a problem I kept seeing across a decade of enterprise work: organisations don't suffer from a lack of technology — they suffer from fragmentation. An ERP here, a national platform there, a separate app, and data scattered across systems that never speak to each other. As CTO I lead the technical direction of the company: designing integration layers and unified API strategies that bring disconnected systems into a single platform; building and scaling the team, and setting the standards, stack, and delivery process; architecting solutions aligned with Saudi regulatory requirements including Nafath, ZATCA e-invoicing, and PDPL; and owning the path from discovery and technical design through integration and production operations. Sectors: government, logistics, media, e-commerce, healthcare, and financial services. Stack: Laravel, Filament, Flutter, React, PostgreSQL, cloud infrastructure, and AI-driven automation. Building toward the digital transformation targets of Vision 2030 — with data sovereignty, scalability, and national integration designed in from day one.

Led the engineering team, ran code reviews, and owned server infrastructure for availability, performance, and security.
